Is the rate really the same for pharmacies and one-off bookings?
Yes — $16 base + $0.90/km for every delivery, whether you book once or run a daily route. No separate contracted pricing, no volume tiers. Same transparent rate for everyone.
Are there fuel surcharges or hidden fees?
No. Our rates are all-in — fuel, insurance, and courier labour included. The price you calculate is the price you pay.
Is there a minimum spend or commitment?
No minimum, no long-term commitment. Book when you need it.
Do you charge extra for weekends?
Weekend deliveries are at standard rates. After-hours deliveries (8 pm – 7 am) carry a $15 surcharge. Call to confirm availability on holidays.
What counts as a STAT rush?
STAT adds a $25 surcharge and guarantees pickup within 60 minutes. Select it when booking or call 780-807-0000 to dispatch immediately.
Can I get an invoice for regular pharmacy deliveries?
